Lake Park Retirement Community opened in 1965 as a not-for-profit, non-denominational Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Oakland, CA. The community is owned and operated by California-Nevada Methodist Homes and welcomes seniors of all faiths and beliefs.
We are a member of LeadingAge (formerly AAHSA, American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging) and Aging Services of California (ASC). These national and state associations are comprised of nonprofit providers of senior housing, healthcare, and related services.
California-Nevada Methodist Homes also owns and operates our second community, Forest Hill Retirement Community, in Pacific Grove, California.
