What's New

Great News for those who need Skilled Nursing Care or Assisted Living Services!
Lake Park is currently accepting a limited number of admissions directly from the community into both its Skilled Nursing (Health Center) and Assisted Living Centers (ALC). Admissions to both Centers located conveniently in the same building are done on a space-available basis.
Lake Park’s Five Star skilled nursing center offers both private and semi-private accommodations, for either short or long term stays, and is Medicare certified. The personalized care, fine dining, ready access to Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as an outstanding activities program pleases residents and brings peace of mind to their families.

Lake Park’s newly renovated assisted living apartments help bridge the gap between independent living and skilled nursing by allowing residents to live as independently as possible for as long as possible in a residential setting. All suites can be personalized by the resident’s furnishings and include kitchenettes, newly outfitted bathrooms with walk-in showers. Many have wide verandas that invite container plantings. Assisted living care provides residents help with activities of daily living (called ADLS) such as eating, bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, laundry, housekeeping and assistance with medication. Medically-prescribed diets can be accommodated under the direction of our registered dietitian. An organized activity program and full access to the new Active Living Center keeps residents occupied and happy. Assisted living care is not an alternative to skilled nursing services but is a less intensive level of long term care appropriate to many seniors. Short term stays can be accommodated in our specially furnished apartments. Of major importance: all ADL services are included in the single daily rate and are not subject to extra fees. There are NO “Community Fees” or entrance fees imposed for direct admission to Assisted Living at Lake Park.
