Lake Park is the only Continuing Care Community to offer the choice of the classic amortized option or the 90% Repayment Plan whereby you or your estate will receive a refund of 90% of the entrance fee you paid. As a not-for-profit CCRC, Lake Park provides access to a continuum of care as your health needs changes ─ encouraging healthy active living ─ the convenience of assisted living and skilled nursing services in our five star Skilled Nursing Center. As a special benefit under the Lake Park Continuing Care Agreement, residents receive ten days free skilled nursing services annually, for life, in the Medicare certified Health Center.
