Important InformationLake Park Retirement Residence, 1850 Alice Street, Oakland, CA 94612 is located about one and half blocks from Lake Merritt, bordered by 17th Street, 19th Street, Alice and Jackson. From Hayward and points South on I-880, take Oak Street exit, turn right on Oak which is a one way street east. Oak becomes Lakeside as you approach Lake Merritt on the right. Keep in the left lane, as you go around the 90 degree curve, and continue up 19th to Alice Street at the top of the hill, turn left and the entrance to Lake Park is immediately on the left. Coming from Berkeley and north on Interstate 80, take the Grand Avenue exit, turn left on Grand and travel east until you see the end of Lake Merritt, turn right on Lakeside. Follow Lakeside to Jackson, turn right and immediately right on 19th. Lake Park is on the left at the top of the hill.
